Refund & Returns Policy

At Tasselora, we take great pride in creating high-quality, handcrafted home décor pieces. Every item is individually inspected before leaving our studio. However, we understand that sometimes returns are necessary. Please review our return and refund policy below for detailed guidelines.


Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only if the following conditions are met:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • The return request is made within 7 days of delivery.

  • The item is unused, unaltered, and in its original packaging with tags, labels, and invoice.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Products purchased during sale or clearance events.

  • Custom, made-to-order, or personalized items.

  • Color or texture variations that are natural to handcrafted goods.


How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, email us at info@tasselora.com with the following details:

  • Order Number

  • Reason for Return

  • Clear photos of the item showing the issue

We will respond within 2–3 business days with instructions on how to proceed.


Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (damaged or wrong item), we will cover the return shipping.

  • If the return is for any other reason, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.

Important:

  • All returned items must be securely packed. Tasselora is not liable for damage during return shipping due to improper packaging.


Refunds

  • Once your return is received and approved, you will receive a confirmation via email.

  • Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds are issued via bank transfer or store credit.

Note: Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.


Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, we recommend returning the eligible item and placing a new order.


Damaged or Defective Products

If your item is damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@tasselora.com with photos and order details. We’ll prioritize a replacement or refund.


International Orders

At this time, returns and exchanges are not accepted on international orders unless the item is damaged or defective.

  • All international return shipping costs and any customs/duty charges are the customer’s responsibility.


Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items

  • Handmade products may include natural variations in texture or shade – these are not considered defects.

  • We do not accept returns on:

    • Gift cards

    • Sale items

    • Custom or bulk orders

    • Items used or without original packaging


Legal Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers Only)

If you’re located in the European Union, you may be entitled to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery under the right of withdrawal, provided the item is unused and in its original condition.
